Vuelta is specially developed for the Mediterranean market. It features a semi-erect plant habit with thick, long leaves that have a deep green colour and a thin waxy layer. Vuelta is suitable for producing large-sized onions, but when grown at normal density, it yields perfectly round, smaller bulbs. Regardless of the growing technique, Vuelta produces a relatively thin neck and boasts smooth, shiny dark brown skin.
