Takii has been the official sunflower partner of the Van Gogh Museum since 2015. This partnership is a logical step; Takii is famous for its ‘Sunrich Orange’ F1, the world’s leading ornamental sunflower variety, which perfectly complements the iconic sunflower series painted by Vincent van Gogh.
Following on from the sunflower maze created in September 2015 to mark the opening of the new entrance building to the Van Gogh Museum, we are now taking the partnership to a new level with the new ‘Sunrich – Van Gogh’s Favorite’ quality label.
In 2019 Takii and onion set specialist Go Products intensified their collaboration with the introduction of βUNIOβ, a new brand for onion sets. The alliance partners aim to use UNIO to reshape their profile in a more meaningful way, and to more firmly position themselves in the onion set market. UNIOβs mission is to empower growers.
In 2005, Takii became a shareholder in KeyGene. KeyGene is the go-to AgBiotech company for higher crop yield & quality. With their intellectual capital, solution driven approach and collaborative spirit, they work for the future of global agriculture with partners in the AgriFood sector. KeyGene helps organizations like us with their toughest R&D challenges, combining their cutting edge breeding technologies, bioinformatics & data science expertise and plant-based trait platforms.
