Hi-Crop has a wide adaptibility and can be grown under a wide range of conditions. The leafs have an attractive green colour. Very productive. Due to its V-shape, harvest teams prefer 'Hi-Crop' above other spring greens. Many spring greens have a wider base, making them more challenging to bag, which is less efficient and pushes up labour costs. With 'Hi-Crop', that challenge is tackled!
